During my professional career I several time switched from software manufactures (ACS/GFT and GENESiS / Uniquare) to consulting firms (PWC, KPMG, NNC, agens) with a short interim in the industry (Grünenthal).
Accordingly I had the experience of several different corporate cultures and management styles: line management in a pure line structure, project management in a line organisation, line management in a project organsation and a bunch of other challenging mixtures.
I therefore offer my management experience and recent skills for (interim) line management tasks as well ...
In these cases I offer my contribution to the corporate succes as an interim manager
Starting with the year 1984 during all my professional career I enabled business change by successfully running change projects.
Soon after I had to learn, that implementing innovative IT solutions promise high gains - but is at least as risky at the same time
The risk mitgation - ages before eXtreme Programming and all the agile movement started - led me to practice an agile style of project management.
In 2005 I received my certificate as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute(PMI)
Small & medium sized projects I usually offer via the SiG, large & international projects and "turnaround projects" via the VCB & Company, LLP. and special Identity- & Access Managment (IAM) projects via kcp.
I am working in the field of IAM since 10+ years - longer than the term IAM s in use. It all started in 1999 with the methodological and business coaching of the selection of a LDAP- or X.500-directory service for a German savings banks organisation.
My focus always was on the interface of business to technology:
As a certified Project Manager (2005 - 2008) I also ran several IAM system evaluation and implementation projects.
In 2005 I founded the standardisation body GenericIAM.org.
As a senior analyst at Kuppinger, Cole + Partner I performed several consulting tasks to major European corporations.
I am speaker of the competence center "Identity Management" of the NIFIS (Nationale Initiative für Internet-security) and I contributed to several congresses myself or moderated single tracks (see here …).
